Sometimes we think too much, losing ourselves in rumination, judgements.. This class is an opportunity to breathe in the heart space, inhaling and exhaling consciously to bring a wind of freshness, freedom, lightness and softness. Focusing on breath work (pranayama) is a great way to flourish, flowering love. Reconnecting with our heart gives a sense of wholeness and oneness. We learn to open ourselves to others through partner work and embrace with an open heart through backbends. Cultivating and nourishing ourselves with love is the first step towards spreading love to others. Parfois c'est fatiguant d'habiter trop le mental, dans les rouages de la réflexion, du jugement... Alors pour s'accorder une petite pause, on va prendre le temps de respirer, comme une bouffée d'air frais. Pour se nourrir et savourer chaque inspiration, expiration et se laisser emporter par ce vent de légèreté et de liberté. Lorsqu'on se focalise sur la respiration (pranayama), on fait fleurir la fleur de l'amour. C'est notre capacité à nous ouvrir et nous connecter à l'autre, aimer sans conditions et avoir de la compassion. Pour cultiver l'amour on va travailler à deux et ajouter des flexions arrières. Cultivons d'abord l'amour pour soi avant de le partager.
